Before going solo she sang in the band Love is Same All — where her name comes from — and voiced Yui in Girls Dead Monster, the fictional band of Angel Beats!; "Ichiban no Takaramono ~Yui final ver.~", in the catalog, comes from that period. She debuted solo in 2011 and is now one of the most recognizable voices in anime outside Japan. "Gurenge", the opening of Kimetsu no Yaiba, passed a million digital downloads, and "Homura" won the Grand Prix at the 2020 Japan Record Awards. She has twenty-nine themes here: the whole Sword Art Online run starting with "crossing field", "oath sign" in Fate/Zero and "Rising Hope" in Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei.
