Mushoku Tensei enters its heaviest arc: “Chaos Breaker” starts August 16
Studio Bind dropped the arc trailer on August 10 and added three new cast members. Episode 8 of season 3 opens the flying-fortress stretch, simulcast on Crunchyroll.

Season three of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation was seven episodes deep when the staff showed its hand: on August 10 the trailer for the “Chaos Breaker” arc went up, and the arc begins on August 16 with episode 8. The season started on July 4 and airs weekly with a Crunchyroll simulcast, English dub included.
The announcement came with three cast additions: Rikiya Koyama as Perugius Dola, Nanako Mori as Atoferatofe Rybak and Ayumi Tsunematsu as Sylvaril of the Void. All three point to the same place — the flying fortress and the court that lives in it — so the arc changes scale: from Rudeus's wandering life to a circle of power the source novel uses to organize the rest of the story.
Worth remembering where this comes from. The original is Rifujin na Magonote's light novel, illustrated by Shirotaka, and the anime is produced by Studio Bind, a studio founded specifically for this adaptation. That continuity of crew across seasons is why the show holds a level of finish that is unusual for a weekly broadcast running this long.
The practical point for the region is simple: there is no need to wait for a season drop. Episodes land the same day as in Japan with Spanish and Portuguese subtitles, and the dub follows later. If you had been watching from a distance, August 16 is a good place to jump back in: the arc opens a new stretch and doesn't require having memorized the last seven episodes.
One editorial note, because the show has carried it since 2021: Mushoku Tensei still contains scenes and jokes a good part of the audience finds indefensible, and a new trailer doesn't settle that argument. We say it here so nobody walks in on a recommendation without knowing what they are walking into.
